Endora Commerce: over 12 years of e‑commerce built into a B2B platform

I am the creator of Endora Commerce - an open-source B2B commerce platform with a built-in CRM and an AI assistant. It grew out of an experiment: I wanted to see whether artificial intelligence could help me turn my experience into a product that brings real value to B2B e‑commerce.

How it started

An experiment that became a product

Since 2013, together with the Endora team, I have been designing and implementing sales platforms, integrating them with ERP, PIM and CRM systems and helping companies build e‑commerce strategies. Over that time, the same needs kept coming back in B2B projects: contract price lists, buyer organisations, requests for quotation, multiple warehouses and ERP integrations. Popular platforms, designed with consumer sales in mind, handled them poorly or required costly customisation.

In 2026, I decided to run an experiment. I wanted to see whether artificial intelligence could help me capture the knowledge gathered over the years in a tool that would simply be useful for companies in B2B e‑commerce. AI wrote a large part of the code, but it was business experience that decided what to build and how.

The experiment worked. That is how the Endora Commerce platform came about: a ready-to-deploy B2B platform that is configured around a company’s processes, with a first working store prototype up and running in about 4 weeks.

Who is behind it

My idea, a shared project

I conceived and created Endora Commerce: I came up with the platform and built its first version. I am not, however, its only author. Today it is developed by the product team of ENDORA Sp. z o.o., where I serve as CEO, together with open-source contributors. Many modules and improvements are their work.

The platform core is available under the MIT licence in a public GitHub repository. Anyone can explore the code, submit a fix or build their own module. Alongside the free modules there are also paid modules, which help sustain the team developing the platform.

What the platform can do

  • B2B price lists and pricing policy

Contract price lists for customer groups and organisations, volume tiers, multiple currencies.

  • Multi-warehouse inventory

Stock across multiple warehouses, low-stock alerts, stock imports and back-in-stock notifications.

  • Orders and requests for quotation

Custom statuses and transitions, quick orders and turning a quote request into an order.

  • CRM and AI assistant

A built-in CRM and an AI assistant you can give instructions to in English or Polish.

What it taught me

Building a product with AI in practice

  • ✓ AI speeds up building a product enormously, but it cannot replace knowing how business-to-business trade really works.
  • ✓ Most of the work is not the code but a precise specification: describing processes and needs so that AI can implement them well.
  • ✓ You need the expertise to judge whether what has been built is good - technically and from a business perspective.
  • ✓ A good product starts with a real problem. B2C platforms often struggle with the price lists, warehouses and integrations typical of B2B.

I use the same experience in my consulting work when helping companies adopt AI in e‑commerce.

Try the store and admin demos

The best way to judge the platform is to try it yourself. The demo shows a B2B wholesale store from the buyer’s side and the admin panel where you manage price lists, warehouses and orders.
